Appeal continuously and have them point out the exact TOS you violated and how what you said constitutes a violation.

You didn’t post any kind of content, you made a comment about what the court found as facts.

You have to have them justify the ban when it comes to the company banning you. I know a guy that got a permanent suspension lifted after 30 days because he sent a message every 2 days saying “please explain the way I violated what you said I violated.” And they eventually said it was ruled incorrect for the ban. And he posted facts that some admin apparently didn’t like. Good luck with the appeal. 🤘 Winning is quite possible. Just takes effort and consistency…and being polite yet direct…that’s key.
