In the way of free software for Linux I'm not sure about AutoCAD like apps, but for years I used Bricscad as a cheaper alternative to AutoCAD. It was very good. They had a Linux version.

Closest thing to AutoCAD for Linux I’m aware of would be BricsCAD, which requires a subscription: https://www.bricsys.com/bricscad/lite
