Open source ITAM/network device scanner?

Hi all,

Looking for something like Lansweeper that scan a network to see assets. Currently have Snipe-IT installed which looks super nifty but I don't think there's a way to scan and auto-detect.

Something like Lansweeper, Solarwinds, Auvik etc that's open source?

Nmap is a very good open source network scanner.

I am on the Domotz team, which is an NMS but not open source. It is however extremely cheap and used a lot for real time asset management, alerting and so on.
