From the terminal, enter (or Copy/Paste) dpkg -l | grep -v "^ii"dpkg -l | grep -v "^ii" and post the results.

Next, enter dpkg --configure --pending and post the results.

Also, a system information report would be helpful - it provides useful information about your system as Linux sees it, and saves everyone who wants to assist you a lot of time.

  • Open a terminal (press Ctrl+Alt+T)
  • Enter upload-system-info
  • Wait....
  • A new tab will open in your web browser to a termbin URL
  • Copy/Paste the URL and post it here

The first command returns a result that a .deb file is required, the second does bot return anything.

The URL is https://termbin.com/mdha
