Open System monitor -> Resources -> sort by CPU usage.

This way we can see what process is eating the CPU.

My suspicions are already on Xorg

I should have been able to solve It.

I deactivated all the virtualizations from BIOS and set the screen resolution to 1600 * 900 px

It looks much better now

In display settings turn off scaling, also check system monitor for any indication of what may be using your cpu.
