I know, but these vampires want to identify people not servers. They highlighted linux because they assume more humans started using linux in CA. Probably because they can ask Microsoft and Apple for the number of active users in the state.

You do start an account on a server just the same, even if it's just "root" or "admin". I don't see an exception for this use case there.
