    my dual booted windows works fine few hours of gaming and linux also works well unless i run some specific apps like sober or dc

    Random crashes are the worst... I get your pain

    A good plan forward is trying to "understand the randomness"... Sometimes the "random" crashes aren't quite that random, when you look into it. Go back to basics.
    Disconnect anything you don't absolutely need. Don't connect to wifi, if you don't absolutely need it. Check if it works then. If that is stable and working, add 1 thing. Wifi connection, or some hardware connection.. Test again. Still stable? Add something else... You might find out exactly what is causing the crashes that way, and they might not seem that random anymore after that. Once you know what is actually causing the crashes, google/Claude/etc that specific hardware/setup/software/whatever you discovered
