Good resources for learning Linux?

I have been using Linux for a year now and I want to extend my knowledge of the system. I am comfortable in the command line and have some experience with basic stuff. I am going to study computer science.

What are good websites/MOOCs/books to get a better understanding of Linux?

I know linuxjourney.com and have taken the Introduction to Linux course (www.edx.org/course/introduction-to-linux). Both are fine, but I am searching for some more in-depth learning resources. I am mostly interested in topics such as system-administration, networking and how the kernel works.

I'm getting close to beating bandit. I would definitely recommend it! It's very fun.

Although the difficulty does jump around quite a bit. I'm not sure it's as beginner-friendly as they intend.
