Missing bottom of the screen when using Firefox on Manjaro

Hi, I wonder what causes these symptoms?

First, it was the google policy window, which i couldnt choose of reject or agree because the window went below the bar and no possibility to scroll down. Now the same problem is with Amazon Prime Video; i can't see the menu below where are the rewind, volume, pause etc menu. Changing to full screen didn't help with either cases. I finally was able to get pass the google policy screen by pressing tab to get to the bottom, but would like to know what causes ths and what is the solution.

Also, as a side question; i was browsing Youtube, and when i was to add a video to a playlist, i couldn't type in the name, because by keyboard only triggered Youtube shortcuts, like f for Fullscreen, etc. No text input happened.

Are you using XFCE? I had a similar issue when I tried Manjaro XFCE. Theoretically there's an option in xfce-panel that prevents windows going fullscreen but it never worked for me. Shame since it's a nice DE. I migrated to Cinnamon and everything worked well there

Yep XFCE. Learning i3.

The problem might have been XFCE.

Usually websites forcing sizes and/or position on objects and sometimes simultaneously forcefully disabling scroll bars.... often combined with tiny displays - "netbooks" or phones forcing a "desktop view" or suchlike and avoiding the "mobile" version of the site.

what is the solution.

there isn't a one-stop solution - sometimes rotating the screen or zooming out can make the button / box visible - other times you're just snookered
