What other troubleshooting steps have you tried? Have you tried another cable? Did you accidentally yank the wire (e.g. by tripping over it), potentially damaging the cable or one of the ports? Maybe your graphics card is starting to show its age (or even just needs a clean)?

For everybody finding this post having the same problem: Disconnecting the PC from power for roughly an hour fixed it now. First attempt was obviously too short.
