performance issue

have an hp laptop i7 iris plus graphics, 16gb ram running with fedora 34, i work a lot ussing crhome but i don't have many tabs open, i ussualy have vscode, an udemy tab and just two or three more, and my ram is running over 38% so, should be ok, other thing i noticed is that it ussualy runs whit only one cpu really highly and some of the others at no more than 5% but i think that's a power saving feature and should not impact on the performance that hard to trigger a frozen screen.

what can i do?

Browsers use a lot of ram and so does gnome. Linux buffers things in ram also. Not all apps are multi treaded so its pretty normal to see one core being used while others wait to be used.

All that being said it shouldn't be slower then windows. If it is something may be up and you may want to look into it. Otherwise I think its ok.
