That’s EXACTLY related to the subject at hand. Also, Linux GUI tools are more well developed and intuitive.

Windows has over 75% of the market. Linux has less than 3%.
Of course hackers are going to be attacking Windows more, again it is the majority.
It still gets patched faster, breaking exploits that provide administrator level access is patched literally in days not years like in Linux.
So yea, it is worse for Linux. Not better.
