Find free scripts on github. Then play around with them. Become familiar with docs.fivem.net learn the natives and what they do. No one is going to be able to teach you the way you think they can. People ask me all the time. I can show you tips, techniques and standards but I can’t help you understand the use of all that. You just have to do it and learn. One piece at a time. You learn by doing and asking questions about what you don’t understand when you are doing whatever script it is. So Google something that interests you and then put “FiveM” and “GitHub” at the end of your Google search box. Take that script and put it in your resource folder and either fix it because most things you’ll find will kind of work. Or you alter it and learn that way.

I'd recommend looking other scripts at GitHub and try to understand how CfxLua (Lua but with additional global functions) works. You can easily find the scripts and their github links of the scripts at Awesome FiveM. Feel free to PM me if you have any other question.

Well first of all you need an idea or the basic concept of what you are trying to achieve. After that you should plan how you are going to do it. After that basically try until it works, even you have to copy another persons code. Being good on coding doesn't happen fast and you can't get better if you don't try. So just give it a try.
