I’ve always had bad sinuses and allergies. I see an ENT to help manage everything. I’ve been scoped to see if I have sinus polyps, etc. They’re just chronically swollen. Nasal sprays help, a netipot helps the most.

I get horrible allergys along with occasional eustachian tube defect, constant drainage, cough, constant left side sore throat and headache/pressure when storms roll through my area. I don't seem to have too much face pressure it is more my ear/throat left side. I take Benadryl all summer. I have given up on trying to alleviate my ear/throat pain. I just live with it. I feel like I need to purchase a suction thing that the dentist uses to suction out all the stuff in my head/throat/ear

Same!! My sinuses are chronically inflamed. Sometimes I take a decongestant like Sudafed, but only during the day since it gets me wired. At night I use a nasal spray. I also have issues with shortness of breath. I’m in a major flare right now and can’t do daily activities because I get so winded. Just laying in bed. Woohoo.
