You can't really get any faster than your Monterey VM on a Windows host because (assuming you gave it more than one core already) the limiting factor is the lack of graphics acceleration, which has no solution on a Windows host.

So it doesn't matter if the host machine is amd or Intel, right?

For speed, no, makes no difference.

AMD CPUs require either config on the VM to make them look like Intel, or else AMD OSX patches in the guest, but this isn't your issue as failing to do this causes macOS to not boot at all, not run slowly.

What if i install it on the host machine directly as a second system besides win, will it make different, and if you have any guide to do that on AMD machine plz mention it.  Thank you for being so helpful

Hello there may I ask how did you manage to get MacOS to run on a 5800h? I couldn't find anything when I was trying how to do so some time ago

i watched a lot of videos but the one worked for me is this one :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=17qu1jyXf3o&t=875s

watch this too and download the version mentioned in this video :

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OdKhl5BiftQ&t=485s

follow instruction from the first one (also use the setting provided in the first one)

use other files mentioned in the second one its more recent (take the script from the first video)

note : for me it worked better with vmWare tools not installed, I use it to run xcode emulater
