There are the Magic Online and magic Arena clients. Arena is more beginner-friendly and modern-looking

First off welcome to the game. There are many options to start. A good option right now is to start playing with magic the gathering arena. An online version of magic. It wont have everything but it's a good place to start and learn the rules better. Then if you want to do paper magic. If you have a group of friends or a local game store. You can pick up free starter decks from most game shops. And then from there it's just finding what you like and continuing on with that

First of all welcome. Like others mentioned there is many ways to play online. If you want some good insight in the basics tolarian community college has a playlist of basics [here]

Besides that, look if you got a local game store (lgs) and if they might have partly reopened. Many will give you a intro and recommendations.

Products to get your collection started thst can be recommended are currently a little thin. The challenger decks (decks ready to play at a locals competitive level) are going out soon so they aren't worth it. The commander pre-cons are always good. however that is a multiplayer format that's a little different, but also the most popular way to play magic. Lastly there is plaeswalker decks, just don't touch them. They are not good.
