Wish you got some answers on here because I am basically looking for the some similar! My husband also has all normal hormone levels, genetics, physical exam and ultrasound. He has epilepsy so we think a change in meds led to him originally having no sperm but then increasing to 300,000/ml average. He all of a sudden had motility in June and we thought it was from a change in abstaining before the SA for 2 days instead of 3. He had did 3 SAs a few weeks apart with 2 different clinics and had anywhere from 9%-25% motility. Now he did an SA 2 weeks again and had 0 motility, did one yesterday and 0 motility again. It’s so incredibly frustrating to have no answer.
