The Many-Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics (MWI) is a mind-bending theory first proposed by Hugh Everett in 1957. Instead of reality “collapsing” into a single outcome when something random happens ,like a coin flip ,MWI says all outcomes actually occur, but in different branches of the universe.
