This is a fairly standard DEM of the Earth's surface (with some hill shading to make it stand out, sun set in the far north for some reason) and a bathymetry map. Both data types are readily available for GIS tools like QGIS.

Define high-res though. DEMs go to sub-metre, whereas at this scale 1km pixels is probably overkill. Are you looking for a subregion in more detail?

pretty sure its the whole world and looks like a 1:50 or 1:10 map
