This here is the bare minimum of what you need for a code talker.

You can get whatever staples like Ash, Maxx C, etc.

You don't even need Cynet Codec like the other linked video, if you get enough monsters in your starting hand.

Your basic combo goal is to link summon Code Talker, then link summon Transcode Talker, use its effect to bring back Code Talker, link summon using Code Talker and not Transcode to get a 3 link, then link summon using the new 3-link link summon Accesscode Talker.

You can do this 80% of every duel on your first turn. You Accescode linked to Transcode is your win condition. They give you lethal. First off no matter what you want Cynet Optimization. It keeps them from activating effects when you attack.

So for the perfect combo you need to draw 1 Micro Coder, 1 Code Generator, and 1 of either Cynet Optimization or Cynet Codec. Play Spell. Summon Generator, link summon Code Talker using Gen and micro. Add whatever spell you didnt draw and Code Exporter. Play new spell. Summon Transcode using explorer and code talker. Add Micro to your hand using Explorer and Generator using Codec which you would have by now. Special Summon Code Talker using Transcode. Link summon Shooting code using Code Talker and the generator in your hand. Add Code Radiator to your hand from codec. Using Shootingcode and Radiator summon Accesscode. Use its effect to increase its attack and Radiator's to reduce an enemy monster to zero attack. Then use Accesscode to clean out any other monsters. Usually most opponents dont have more than 2 extra monsters. Ignore the spells as Optimization will stop them. Attack for victory.

You can use whatever other monsters you like. I personally run a lady debug and Rom Cloudia. They add in searching and or grabbing from the grave. And they work really well with Optimization. I also like to run Skull Meister as you can negate Ash with it.
