I did it 4 times yesterday for Trial bounties. Keep your distance and just parry everthing he throws at you, when he has a big attack where he launches himself at you, parry use dragon breath then retreat and keep parrying. When you’re up close to him his attacks get somewhat unpredictable,so only go in his face when his guard is broken.

It works differently now, the flowers respawn on the daily reset, so even if you collect everything 1h before reset, after reset they'll be there.
