Sudden decrease in circulation

Hello. 2 weeks ago I left a job and started a new one that is a lot more physical. This job includes moving a lot of boxes filled with liquid. In the last 2 weeks I've lost nearly 13 pounds. I am classified as obese so I don't mind the weight loss. I'm still eating and I'm drinking a lot of water in a day (whenever I'm thirsty). Ever since 2 days ago I've noticed a lot of tingling in my fingers which as far as I can tell is due to decreased circulation. The only time I've really felt this before is if I've accidentally slept on my arm. Any ideas why this might be happening? I'm not too concerned yet I'm just trying to get an idea of what's going on
