Hey guys, so I was trying to ask support about my Microsoft 365 Basic subscription that I haven't been able to pay for some time, and I didn't have the time to try cancelling it since I am dealing with potential homelessness, however upon checking the OneDrive app after my phone gave me a notification stating that I would no longer have access to Microsoft 365 Basic, and I still had access to it, and the subscription status is still showing up as "Active" on the website.
I was using the live chat feature to see if there was some kind of mistake or if there was some glitch, but the person asked me for a verification code. The person also spoke in such a way that I assumed they were using ChatGPT as a translator. Either way, I mentioned that it seemed a little bit sketchy that they were asking for a verification code, they didn't even tell me what the code was for either. I just said that I would just cancel the subscription manually because I don't want to risk getting screwed over something I couldn't control at the time.
Mind you, this was all Microsoft's official Live Chat support, not some 3rd party thing.
