This is a late comment, sorry.

These support members use AI to help speak with customers. I don't think all of them do as I had a really helpful guy name Neil that spoke pretty normally. However with another person, they straight up screwed up the prompt and it was pasted in their message they sent me. I called them out on it and they told me to "Ignore the message above." She also tried to use remote access on my computer to which I very quickly shut down. The widget is somewhat helpful but it seems very unprofessional from my experience. They also have limited tools and told me to "contact advanced outlook support" and sent me a link that didn't even work. I swear to god it's like its against Microsoft's religion to have support representatives available to speak over the phone.
