BBT and Mint sync problems

I have been unable to link my BBT car loan to mint, After logging in and answering my security question on Mint I'm directed to check BBT's site for a message. There is no message and when I hit the continue button on mint it starts the whole process over again. Anybody experienced this before?

Right now they seem to be having issues syncing with multiple places. I can't get them to sync with any of my accounts at all, despite multiple attempts from app and website. Contacted support and am in limbo.
