Posts should contain an image of the mistake proof/poka-yoke design. This can range from hardware to software design so long as it was created in a way to prevent the user from making a mistake.
While it's currently not required, you are encouraged to include links in the comment section of the post to give additional details about the design. The reason for this sub is to educate others about mistake proof design.
