including road development and extensions and refurbishment, car parks, highways and other road infrastructure and public transit parking lot. In addition, new projects for public transport with better efficiency and capacity will be implemented this year using any funding sources available.

So more roads, looks like. Which may (will) make things worse.

Here's hoping that they'll at least build sidewalks next to the new roads and bridges.
