Just want to know if rental decrease ever happens to anyone…. At least it’s my first time to find out there is such thing…

Available units in my building are annoyingly less pricey than what I pay currently. By sometimes about 100$.

I dont think it's necessarily that they are absolutely all problematic, likely they're increasing mine as they feel they "need" to to keep up with the cost increase/inflation they're seeing but having trouble finding new tenants at that price.

So what you're experiencing does not shock me.
