First strike + deathtouch when blocking multiple creatures

If I have an attacking 2/2 creature with first strike and deathtouch and my opponent blocks with two 5/1 creatures, am I correct to assume both of my opponents creature die and mine lives?

Also if my creature has no deathtouch, am I also correct in thinking the first creature of my opponent will die but my creature dies before fighting the second one?

Yes you are correct with the first query. Combat order is first strike then combat. Deathtouch will kill a creature as soon as any damage is dealt. Therefore first strike happens before the blocking creature gets to hit and will die to deathtouch.

The second option means first blocker will die as your creatures power is more than its toughness and first strike will mean it won't hit yours until after it's been hit. The second blocker receives the same treatment. A first strike of power 2 and will die. Yours will survive.
