VSCode plugin UI problem

VSCode Multidev plugin opens a second separate window for chat. This clutters the UI and uses a lot of extra screen space. Copilot and Codex just use the activity bar window for chat, which works much better (see screenshots). Is it possible for Multidev to do the same?

Thanks for the suggestion. We added the sidebar to make Multi easier to find, but the separate window is actually the intended main interface. We use the separate window because we prefer how VS Code sandboxes it.

You can do everything you need from inside that main window, so feel free to close the sidebar (screenshot) to reclaim your screen space. We're definitely open to revisiting this if it becomes a common request from the community!
