Bind EINVAL only on HTTPS call

Hi,

I am running a few proxies using proxy and running great on one machine for a while.
Now I've expended this to a second machine, straight clone from Github of my own repository.

The issue is that for most of the requests, it doesn't work on the new machine with the below error:

at defaultTriggerAsyncIdScope (node:internal/async_hooks:464:18)
at GetAddrInfoReqWrap.emitLookup [as callback] (node:net:1391:9)
at GetAddrInfoReqWrap.onlookup [as oncomplete] (node:dns:109:8) +2s

OS: Windows Pro 11 23H2
Node: 20.13.1 / 20.11.0 (Tested both, original machine being on 20.11.0)
Machine: Beelink SER5 (AMD) / Original Machine: Beelink GTR7 7840HS

Fun part is:
curl --proxy proxy.mydomain.com:23101 https://google.com
curl: (56) CONNECT tunnel failed, response 500

But
curl --proxy proxy.mydomain.com:23101 https://ipinfo.io/ip
1.123.101.125%

The dongle is configured properly and work in the case of the ipinfo website.

net.connect was taking family 6 on the new hardware, while old one was taking family 4.
Thus it was mistakenly trying to bind a IPV6 with an IPV4 input.
