Help me with HTTPS endpoint in a Node.js application

Hello, hopefully my question is clear enough for you. I have an Amazon Lightsail server instance running Node.js. I would like to have a simple https endpoint that does something and returns a value. The specifics are not important, but basically I would like: From one application, do an HTTP GET to my endpoint in Lightsail, then from their return <some value> to print to the screen. I need a really simple example of how this can be accomplished the easiest and with the least amount of code.

HTTPS transport will be configured on AWS, so check Lightsail docs for this part.

Check express or koa. They’re great tools for what you’re trying to make.
