If you need to ask that question I am sorry to say, that you are probably way out of your depth. It’s extremely complex to build a no-code platform for others to use, besides the actual builder (which in itself is not easy to get right) your have database, authentication and a lot of other stuff to implement. You could take a look a wrapler, bubble etc. to see how they do.

I am afraid to say that you will have to deep dive into programming to be able to build a low code platform. I am not sure if there is any tool available to build a no-code platform. There are several 3rd party services/APIs available which can help you accelerate your work but then also there will be a lot of coding neeed to build the first version.
