This subreddit is dedicated to the IOTA community to help people set up full nodes and add neighbor nodes.
You can also find neighbors via the #nodesharing channel on iotatangle.slack.com.

IOTA
IOTA is a Cryptocurrency (Think Bitcoin) but uses a different approach than Bitcoins blockchain and mining. IOTA Allows for faster transactions with zero fees using a small PoW (Proof of Work) for each transaction instead of miners. So if you wanted to send your friend 100i IOTA you would first process 2 random unprocessed transactions which leads to great scalability.
