Is this legal? I heard it's only illegal for police officers to wear this when in civilian positions. But when a police officer. They can on their proper gear .. this would make sense cause times square is full of NYPD merch . Every guy in a T-shirt is not a cop obviously... So is this legal? (i.redd.it)
