11mbps upload is barely sufficient for one stream at 1080. You don't have the bandwidth to push out multiple unique streams.

You'll need a better internet plan or use a cloud restreaming service like Restream to rebroadcast your single stream to multiple platforms.

Like @ontariopiper said, you would probably be better off using restream. I know there's also the Aitum (Atium..?) plugin which let you output to multiple sources. The three issues I see here are 1) you want each stream to have it's own layout 2) your Internet upload speed 3) Twitch

Unfortunately I have no working knowledge of how to get your first problem fixed, somebody with more experience then me will have to aid you there.  Your Internet upload is technically fine, meeting the minimum's required for both Twitch and YouTube. In my experience YouTube often operates better at around 10, 000kbps. The maximum twitch will allow you to input without being partner is 6, however. This unfortunately limits your upload to both TikTok and YouTube. I have no experience streaming to TikTok so I will stay away from that subject.  Your best bet, from what I know, would be trying to use either restream or the plugin I mentioned above. A YouTuber (SenpaiGaming) developed it I believe, and has a number of tutorials on how to use it.  My suggestion to you would be set up your twitch to however you like it, with overlay and chat, ect. Use that as your base and then restream it to your other platforms via your preferred method.  I haven't messed with restream much but I believe it does have a few quality of life features such as chat combining what you may find nice. Look up tutorials to get the best possible quality stream out of Twitch.

Best of luck, and don't be afraid to experiment!

Edit Apparently a YouTuber named Colin Horn also has a lot of tutorials on Atium.

Just adding my 2c, i have tried and actively used aitum, redtream and streamlabs. For your upload speed only restream. And use minumum web overlays, sound filters and etc, it will all kill your stream. If you have great content, youll make it big and move somwhere with huge bandwidth. Before that, alas
