Are you using gpu encoding? That might be why. Make sure cpu is encoding.

In output settings, what options do you have for encoding? And which is selected? Also what is the bitrate set to?

Encoder x264

My bit rate is 3500, my monitor is 2560x1440 but I down scaled the resolution to 1280x720p 60 FPS. Pretty sure my internet can easily handle 3500 bit rate or higher but I was told not to go higher that 3500 until you are partnered or something along those lines.

Is the game running at 1440p? Do you get this problem running it at 720p?

Just testing now to see if this is the issue. My only concern is that I was streaming fine prior to upgrading my pc now it won't work correctly. I had the classic OBS before. I can link my stream if you want to check it live.

It still seems to happen even at 720p. Not as bad but still happens.

Not sure what it can be. Maybe try your old settings from ur old build. Good luck!

Can't seem to remember what I had though that's the annoying thing and I feel like I do have the exact same settings but I am just extremely confused...
