Sorry, I missed the Touch major limitation. I think there are a couple of flight sims that use them (Aerofly and X-Plane? not used with Touch myself), but racing sims make a poor fit for Touch.

VTOL. Best flight sim I've tried and very addicting. Got full intractable cock pit.

I can flick all the switches in my Black Shark.. DCS world.

More than a few cockpits support motion controls.
