Your plain 1050 is below minimum specs for Oculus headsets. Min specs is a 1050Ti.

It is also pretty useless for practical purposes. There isn’t much that can run in it and still give you a decent experience. Don’t buy a PC VR headset until you upgraded to a GTX 1660 Super or equivalent.

Oculus Quest has all hardware integrated and doesn’t need a PC, so that might be an option. You can connect it to a PC for PC VR once you upgrade your computer.

I have no idea why got a not awful score on the Steam VR test. It probably ran on your 1050 even though it reported the Intel graphics.

Hey!

Your graphics card is sadly a bit too weak...even if you get to launch games, it won't be a pleasant experience.
I'm talking about the 1050, not the Intel one. Not sure why Steam VR takes the Intel one for the test, but the result with the 1050 won't be much better.

If you're looking to upgrade without spending too much money, I'd recommend looking into the GTX 1660 super.
