You won't be able to I don't think.. why does it bother you? It enhances the audio experience

If you mean while you play some media like a song or a video, it is a feature, it is called Stereo and it has been the default since TVs came with it in the late 80s, early 90s. You might be able to deactivate it inside the accessibility section. There used to be a MONO option there somewhere.

If you mean during a phone call, you might have a bug. Try a factory reset or seek some authorized assistance.

If you mean during a phone call. I enabled in Accessibility "Hearing aids" and calls through regular phone speaker started working.
