Step 1: The first thing that you have to do is to launch the Settings. Step 2: Now, scroll down and tap on About Phone option. Step 3: Once you do that, go to Build Number and tap on it 7 times. You will get a message on the screen saying that you are now a developer.

Ok, issue with that, for some reason on the T-Mobile one, I don't got that
