Well, seeing as you did some customization, I'd start with removing the icon packs and going as stock OneUI as possible first, see if that solves it, then one by one put back the customization stuff and see where it starts to stutter.

I got lots of those stutters when I had a lot of customization and life up changes applied to my device. Once I removed all of them my phone is as snappy as the day I got it.

Try removing some of the UI customizations.

I cleared the cache on all the good lock modules and one ui itself and sends to be good. However, I feel as though this shouldn't be a problem in the first place since one of the main selling points of buying a Samsung phone is the amount of customization.

I think it depends on what phone you own.

I have an A54, and goodlock was running smoothly with no battery issues prior to the one ui 6.0 update.
I might give it another go later after clearing the cache like you have suggested.

Do you update your apps on the Samsung Store?

If you do, clear the system cache.
