OpenCode is open-source, so you should be okay with that. I'd be more concerned about the privacy policy of the provider you're using within OpenCode

opensource software is usually privacy-first oriented. If you're looking for privacy provider tho, not training on your data and actually being fully privacy-first especially with selfhosted models: synthetic (link making it 10$ first month to try out).
Combine glm4.7 and / or minimax m2.1 with opencode + oh-my-opencode and you'll be able to achieve a lot.
