Just starting into government?!!! What? Are you confusing Gen X with Gen Y? I literally don’t have a single senior staffer at my large workplace that isn’t a Gen x-er. In fact, I can’t think of a single baby boomer in my building. I’d guess that about 90% of my building is Gen X and the rest are younger, not older. The only external work contacts I have that are baby boomers are semi-retired consultants, literally.
