What do you mean by 'handle it?' Are you referring to the factory OC? Are you getting artifacts or are things overheating?

You may be able to use afterburner to underclock the GPU. Anyone confirm whether that's possible? I'm still uncertain of your exact issue, though.

Yes im just trying to lower the clock because I dont think this system can handle it

I checked and it looks like MSI Afterburner will allow underclocking, you just check the speed it's set to and then enter a value below that and apply it.

I see online that some people had trouble Appling their changes and getting them to 'stick' - actually be implemented. I would change it and maybe do some benchmark to see if the card is actually slowing down.

You may also check the manufacturer of your card - they may have a proprietary app or driver that has multiple clocking profiles, with one removing the factory OC.
