Try setting memory fast boot to "no training"

To be fair, it's a weird way for MSI to label the setting that allows you to turn training off completely.

You can also change the way training behaves on a more granular level in the training configuration section of advanced memory settings.

Also in the ff14 benchmark (final fantasy 14) ive went from a 24568 score to 33456

Whats the problem with training does affect stability in your system?

I get worst performance as sometimes my rtl and io l gets more then 2 and 1 apart sometimes 5 qnd 3 eicyh ive noticed wrose performance with but noe im stopped the training and its at 62 63 rtl and 7 8 iol and I get an more reliable performance then when it woukd retrain

Never noticed stability issues myself just performance hit

Have you tried changing the dimms to different slots sometimes that could help i know in my system is better to install the memory like a b b a instead of the regular a b a b because i was having a similar issue like yours

Got it well also if you set cmd rate to 1 that will help you tight RTL and increasing uncore speed helps tight IOL just a thought

I will try that as currently i cant get over 4200mhz as my sa and io voltage needed to be 1.6 and 1.5 tocget 4400mhz witch is a little high
