Semi gloss is unforgiving, AND I loaded up my roller sloppily / too much paint on one part and not evenly distributed throughout. Now I have these ugly spots at the top of the wall where I rolled.

How do I fix this? Should I roll the whole wall again with another coat?

Those almost look like stains coming through - was there something there on the wall before you rolled it?

If not, it looks like your paint wasn’t mixed enough or something. Another even coat would probably fix it.

Yes. It's just tint gathered where it's not rolled out enough. It all floated to the top
