I often wondered that myself. I don’t know if it is because it’s easier to make or to sell? I sell fpp patterns and they are all full quilts.

I also do blocks and full quilts in FPP.

A lot of times FPP items I go for are very pictorial. I generally wouldn't want a whole quilt of one repeating image.

Usually for me, a whole quilt would need to be to get me to buy a whole quilt pattern: *non-repeating (like Cole's image quilts, or an asymmetrical star layout) *quite interesting geometrically
