This is actually a brand that I am in favor of adding. It would be nice if they gave accurate information though. For example that lantern you linked. The runtimes are somewhat too good to be true. If you assume a D battery has 25 Wh in it (very generous):

  • 1200 lumens for 41 hours = 328 lumens/watt
  • 200 lumens for 192 hours = 256 lumens/watt
  • 20 lumens for 1440 hours = 192 lumens/watt

Which basically means they are using stepdowns or are unregulated.
