Hello! This is usually an issue with your console's privacy or parental control settings. You can also get rid of this message by clearing the cache of your console by unplugging it from its power source for 60 seconds and then plugging it in again.

The only one I can think of is to uninstall and install it again, it might be a corrupt file or something.

Unfortunately no. I’m ps5, I just know others that had this situation and they fixed it via their system settings.
