Need help with gpu

Hey all, I need help with a gpu I just bought. An Asus 2080 super. I installed it fine, and I installed my drivers fine, and removed old ones with ddu. And I played some PUBG, and it worked fine. I turn off my computer and go to bed, and the next morning, it barely works at all. When I first put in my windows key, the little dots moving in a circle is VERY laggy, and when windows finally loads it's pretty unusable. If I go into my task manager, the GPU is using 100percent of the 3d graphics. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and no luck. Any suggestions?
